Out of all this, video evidence and all your saying to play again and yet I haven’t even been told as much as “ it won’t happen again “ sooo seems like if I go back then it’s just gonna all stay the same. That’s insanity, doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. I am discussing it in this forum because I was under the impression that this was the correct forum to bring this to, but in this forum I have now been insulted and told to just suck it up and get over it, so where’s the productivity? I was only a paid subscriber, you all were the big admin team. And for the guy that quoted me then personally insulted MY character not one of a fictional show, you are part of the problem

The ban is over, the problem is not, I understand. You are impatient if you are going to leave. Stick around and help us solve the problem, rather than leaving it for some future players to work on. I don't think they would appreciate it. We've done a lot for you, so expect a little leeway whenever things go south like they did in this topic. The ban's over, that's my say, and i rest my pathetic case.

lets speak long term for a second:

one or two people reporting deadpool can be shook off as just idiots witch-hunting him, however the sheer amount of people that have reported deadpool is absurd. at that point, he must be doing something wrong.

Stoupe I feel as though you are missing the point, I didn’t attack Church the admin. Attacking him would be saying YOU are a whiny baby, YOU are a moron, YOU act like a girl. Instead I made references to a character and my references had zero correlation to Church the admins actual character. That’s teasing. Caboose did not shoot the admin of this server with a tank, but yet he did shoot someone with the same name. I constantly see players AND admins attacking the actual person they are talking to. Like the malicious comment in this post that was deleted that called ME weak. See nothing I said even applys to the admin church, therefore the reference is only teasing. But when he says something to you about you actually insulting YOUR character well that is different. Church the admin was not shot by caboose in a tank, Tex did not leave him, and he’s not a ghost or a program. So how is anything I said malicious towards Church the admin, it was a humorous reference that did not insult Church the admins actual character in any way. I was real particular in my choosing of words for that reason because attacking ANY other players character on this server is supposed to be against the rules. That’s what gets me, what is supposed to be against the rules is over looked EVERYDAY, but me saying something that doesn’t insult any players character but refers to a shared name, well that gets all the attention in the world. For you guys to act like I’m trying to hide behind a excuse is ignorant ( look up the actual definition of the word before you think I’m attacking character) and seems like once again ppl are trying to over look and justify what happened, also on another note the day church asked me to change my door name he typed it. I have told every one for the past week that I’ve been out of town that my sound doesn’t work on my laptop so type it out, but after saying that multiple times in text in chat, ppl continue to speak to me on mic and evidentially I was given more ultamatums than I knew via microphone after stating that I had no sound. If you can’t see the difference between what I did and actually insulting Church then this is just an excercise in spinning wheels

Oh Here we go, So I've already read through the situation and understood all of it plus i've known deadpool since he started. Deadpool/Church (which im calling him Deadpool becuase thats how I know him) is very special. You've got to know that teasing Deadpool is a big no no because no offense but Deadpool doesn't handle these things well. He gets VERY angry over our memes and our jokes. I thought that he would take it better being an admin and all but that is not the case. What im trying to say is not witch hunting him or anything like that, I have respect for the man, but I trying to say what I have observed. I also slightly agree with Skittle, Deadpool has been reported alot over his admin time, from being rude to players, using admin powers badly and even impersonating IMeighnGuy or however you spell it. Deadpool is someone who quite frankly shouldn't have admin just for a little bit, I think if he improves on his temper he would be a great admin, but for right now that is one thing that he lacks incredibly. TeeBag I understand you weren't happy about the situation, and I get your stand point, but you gotta understand that teasing people is kind of annoying, but I can say that you didnt deserve such a punishment as a ban, you should have got a verbal warning at most and told to change the door. I also agree with myback the ban is expired so don't be so harsh, but that doesn't mean to not blow this away. As it stands I think Deadpools admin should be removed for a little bit until he can fix his anger issues, but thats only my opinion.

Though the report is getting denied (since you reported him for banning you which was valid), he is getting punished for slaying and burning you right after you bought the door he wanted to buy.
