    Upon buying or selling keys to a home, garage, apartment, etc. you agree to the following terms and conditions

    Upon paying the agreed payment for keys in which the owner of a home may set for the purchase of keys
    - The "Agreed" price may not exceed the price of the house (not including locks, furniture, and other accessories to the building)


    Tenant Rules

    • You agree to not break locks off of the doors the owner has given you keys to or doors that reside within the same house the owner owns
    • In the event of locks breaking you may or may not be refunded of keys (owners discretion) if the building is sold
