This includes that you do not use any external program or modification to gain you an advantage." and we can agree its a rule that doesnt need to be said, then why is it listed if it doesn't need to be said, and on top of that why isn't "Impersonation" listed. Once again, if its not in the rules I dont count it as a rule. Especially a perm ban for impersonating and killing people LOL. If I was an actual fair admin it would be a week max. Someone bring up the old ban reason with evidence and we can rule it out from there.

Karma I love you but stop. I don't think he was perm banned for impersonating Skittle. It takes a LOT to get perm banned, and it took even more to get perm banned back then. The impersonation was a reason yes, but it wasn't the only reason. The original ban does not need to be justified, it has already been cleared through an admin meeting (Perm bans usually are discussed at admin meetings I assume). If he wanted to play again, he should have logged onto to forums (his forums account isn't banned) and appealed. Instead he chose to log on with another account to avoid the ban. Not only does that result in this account also being banned, but now it means he may have a even harder time appealing the original ban in the future
