The server needs an advancement in gameplay desperately, as the drug dealer sit-n-stare job is getting dry. So rather than inventing new jobs, I think the problem lies in the complacency the current system offers.
My idea consists of enabling raiding while tweaking the economy so no party is left too fucked.

First, Cap the amount of locks allowed to be placed on a door at 10.
This prevents players being untouchable by spamming enough locks on their door to make any attack unprofitable for the raider.

Secondly, We have to generally lower the cost of locks and lockbreakers.
Understanding that the max profit of a raid is typically 5400, It makes sense for the raider to only be required to spend a lower amount, leaving room for profit. Pricing lockbreakers at 400 means that a raid would cost 4000, giving 1.4k profit. Pricing locks at 220 determines the victim's loss would only be 4k overall, including the 1.8k required to plant drugs.

The issue with this plan would be the buff for multiple door houses.
The lack of sub-door coding makes it impossible to create a linked lock amount.
Myback says creating an effective sub-door system would be difficult, but capping the locks is plausible.

This is an idea that you like, but also hate at the same time, because it allows you to raid easily but makes you mad if you get raided.

You win some, you lose some.

I like this idea. There definitely needs to be more to do than just rdm until plants are done growing. I think we should add a pawn shop merchant npc sorta thing that you can sell items to for %50 or %25 of its original value, and then have one item he is looking for that he will pay %150 or %200 of its original value for, and then have the item he wants to change to a new random item after like 5 min or whenever he gets the last item he wanted.

I don't like this idea, because what would happen to my 70 locks on my door already

Get every item ingame
sell at profit to NPC
Buy more items
repeat

If we create the system, then we will probably do it on a map change. You get your locks back when you sell your door.
