What rules did the admin break? Cop rdm and abmin abusing powers.

Proof by screenshots or recorded footage, if any Screenshot of COP RDM (killed me and another guy for no reason we weren't in PD he just killed me: http://prnt.sc/c8p9i7 .

Other comments: Sheckles banned Goofy for 5 minutes because he was drawing things on the walls with bullets, he kicked like 2 people and he always does stuff like sets everyones gravity, whenever he comes on I always see him noclipping around and stuff, he is not a responsible admin and I think he needs to be talked to. Also just like straight out of the BLUE he killed me and another guy as a cop for NO REASON! LIKE PLEASE!?!?! He needs to be talked to.

But if this is true, in my opinion Sheckles deserves a demote. Look at all the reports on him... (Some of them are bullshit, but a few of them are true.)
