Other Comments:He dropped 200 cookies on top of the pd and threw a nade at it and exploded it over the pd. At first he got a new player to buy him 100 cookies. Then he switched from cop because nobody would buy him more cookies, and he bought 100 more cookies; Then he went on top of the pd and dropped 100 cookies which got me to 6fps (I usually run a solid 300fps) and then he dropped 100 more and threw a grenade at it and exploded it off the pd roof and made them go flying, which weirdly only brought me down to 70fps

Didn't people used to get banned for spamming item drops? Especially cookies...
This definitely isn't an old problem but it doesn't seem to be causing server lag/crashes anymore.

The server was lagging for a bit, and people couldn't join and when they tried they received this error message: (#GameUI_Disconnect_DeltaEntMessage)

He dropped two sets of cookies... I recorded the second one, by the time of the second one I had 70fps. Before he dropped ANY cookies I was running 300

Also many factors will obviously lag the server, like the cookie dropping which messes with the entities.

Anyways it doesn't matter. I was there when this happened amd I know that was the first set he dropped, eve if someone has to lie for whatever reason. Anyways Phoenix is cool but he did break thr rules. Maybe a warning or a temp ban will suffice.

It isn't new to people on the server that dropping cookies on the server is one of myback's biggest pet peeves, as it makes his job harder (trust me, I know)

It could also potentially fuck up the server, which would then trigger everyone to continue to bother myback and jamal to fix the server asap. He should have known that dropping cookies is a huge NoNo, and even if he didn't, he should have stopped once it began causing lag/server issues. Idk about a ban, that's up to how the admins want to approach it. But a blacklist would fix the problem, and I really hate blacklist because I regret that I ever did that in the first place. It taught me my lesson x10000 so it should work in this case too.

I'd like to say that literally half of the report is wrong, as I dropped only 100 cookies. I did ask someone to buy it for me but noone did, rather than his claim that I tried to get 200. Also, I had 3 groups of 5x cookies, 2 groups of 25x, and 25 groups of 1x cookies. This comes to a total of 30 boxes, but it wasnt just a cookei drop, but rather a giveaway. I had included many USPs, a couple scouts, 25x SG 556's (Most of these in a single package), and various other things. The server did not lag when I dropped them and they were taken from hungry participants of the giveaway in about 7 seconds, and the server didn't start lagging until about 5-10 minutes after the drop, which was probably due to more routine or random lag as it had those characteristics.
