+Rep He's a good player and should be given cop. He is lacking a few hours but will probably have them by the time this application is finalized.
Saying he shouldn't be given cop due to lack of application effort/fluff is a poor quality review.
These applications have almost no bearing on them as a player. The only important Q's are Mic, hours, and what rule they think is most important to enforce. The final question truthfully answered by every single applicant could be boiled down to "Because it's an unlockable class that seems kinda fun and I want to try it."
The final Q is only being used to review a player over actual in-game exposure with the person.. Reviews should be based on personal experiences with the person, or not given at all.
