I'm sure if Jamal saw this he would take care of this. You don't even have proof so unless Jamal does say that he saw this than this report it probably going to be instantly denied. It sucks that eye witnesses can't be used as evidence, but there is a good reason for that. Say I don't like Sheckles for some reason so I get 10 of my friends to say they say him abusing admin. See how it can be abused? Next time try getting some proof before making a report. 😃
