Experience: I have absolutely no experience on any CS:GO servers. I have managed and administrated a few "bigger" Minecraft servers.
Rules you view as most important: I know this isn't a rule, but this is what I view as most important: I think new players should have a better first-time joining experience than automatically being spammed by everyone with "want a tutorial" "drug dealer is the best" etc. New players should know about every job and what it does, and which is best during whenever. Also they should know more about buildings to buy and where all the banks are. As well as both of those, I think that they should also know more how you can rdm, but there are punishments
Why we should pick you over the applicants: I'm a chill ass dude that can talk to pretty much anyone. I'd be able to give high quality tutorials, or welcoming new players. Also telling about rules that aren't very much emphazied/taught on the server with current staff.
