Wow now that I think about it if they are entered back into the server, lets so for 500k or even 1mil the richer would want the purchase them, to both show power and to be able to say hey I bought one. This would also dump some money out of the server maybe helping the issue people are having with the richer players? Just a suggestion. They can't really be abused, as you can't use them in VIP.
Very true, I'm not sure how they were being abused in the past but I was told this was a problem.
They were probably sold for waaaaaay to little money, which made everyone just stock up on hundreds, mass rdming, getting out, etc. At least, thats my guess.
