The reason NKB is reacting this way is understandable because of the activity that has been going these past few days, both on the forum and on the server. To him, it seems he was instantly punished for complaints that came forth without any evidence so he feels the punishment was extremely unfair. Like I said before, it just doesn't seem 100% fair that he had his COP taken away without any prior warning from an admin with power, such as jamal. The least jamal could have done in this situation was log onto the server and at least warn NKB of the complaints that he was receiving from shoxx and nty, rather than straight-away taking his cop away and ignoring any rebuttals that NKB had. Jamal says that he is simply taking NKB's cop away until he can investigate further into the situation until he comes to his final decision.
If that's the case, then for cases such as Hotline's report against Lapsha, or Lapsha's report against Nty, or even Lapsha's report against me(mOElofmeister,) why weren't our COP powers "temporarily" taken away until the investigation was settled? It seems to have been what happened against NKB. The most recent complaint against a cop other than NKB happens to be Nty, which apparently still seems to be under investigation. Knowing this, I feel that Jamal, as an admin, shouldn't have been so willing to take Nty's word as witness to shoxx's claim that NKB was in fact, RDM'ing as cop. Because as I see it now, same as yesterday, there has not been any solid evidence that shoxx and nty have come forth with. If taking away NKB's cop is justifiable in your eyes, Jamal, then I would recommend doing the same to Nty as well until the investigations can be settled. In both cases, evidence was only provided by two different parties ,in one case, who don't even get along (Rez&NKB) and that report simply seems to have been brushed aside; whereas, a complaint against NKB pushed an admin to instantly take away his cop, which seems harsh.
I do apologize on behalf of NKB's neurotic behavior for how he handled this report, as I feel it could have been worded much more delicately; however, knowing NKB, delicate is something that, unfortunately, doesn't exist in his vocabulary. I would be just as infuriated if something like this were to happen to me on the server. If any of you were to put yourself in NKB's shoes to view the whole situation in his point-of-view, you can see his cause for frustration. So I beg all of you to forgive NKB's harshly worded report on jamal, and try to look at this report for what it really is: An unfair punishment exacted upon him with no sustainable evidence. Because without all the profanity and directed insults, a report is still a report.
