What server did this happen on? Roleplay

What rules did the offender break? He used his position as cop to avoid a cuff by disconnecting and reconnecting.

Proof by screenshots or recorded footage, if any:

Other Comments: He clearly incriminates himself right here saying he needed to use a guy as a lawyer but since he couldnt he reconnected to avoid the cuff. Pretty immature kid and should have never been given cop.

actually, I was already in jail. And in Mac El Capitan, which I have, the mouse cursor freezes in the center of the screen so i have to disconnect and reconnect. And when I become a cop when i reconnect, I still have to server the time at a T.

Any admin can just check to see your lying man. This is the type of person he is and you admins can check if he was jailed or not which you will see he wasn't. I will donate all my skins to moonshade if he is correct. I have attached another screen shot of him right after the incident I just reported in which he can be seen avoiding a cuff once again by using taxi to go to the afk room. He is the only one with crime as you can see in the tab menu so that blue line is pointing to him. He is a cop and knows the rules so he is knowingly breaking the rules once again. Not really fit for cop and will make the worst lie up just to keep it. Do we really need someone like that as a cop?

LOL... lapsha clearly needs his cop taken away..

Will be looked over next meeting

Thank you, you even have evidence! Yes!!

In the rules it doesn't specifically state that reconnecting to avoid cuff or jail is not allowed however it does say that changing your job to cop while having crime is not permitted and the only way to do this is to reconnect because using the command !switch is blocked when you have crime.
By doing this Lapsha has indeed broken the rules and has to receive some sort of punishment in my eyes.

MyBack, my suggestion for this situation is to code a short plugin that if you have the ability to change to a cop at any point and if you have crime and you reconnect to join cops, you should automatically be put into civilians team until your crime is gone.

My second suggestion is that we add a new rule for normal civilians and that rule being: if you have crime and a cop is chasing after you, you are not allowed to disconnect and connect a few min later to avoid jail. This however may be avoided by the players saying, I had to go because I had a phone call or I had to answer the door etc. This is just a suggestion and is subject to discussion during the meeting.

Further abuse of Lapsha's power as COP: Immediately after he tells me he filed a report, he turns into cop and jails me with less than 1000 crime and sends me to jail. From there, he takes his time and uses the jail menu to send me to VIP jail for 600 seconds and comes in front of the cell, where he proceeds to troll me by just standing there. When I tell him that I have screenshotted this and was reporting him as well, he counters by saying that he "hadn't realized" that the jail menu was still open, which is completely absurd to me.

The screenshots I took happened in-game when Lapsha threw me in VIP and attempted to make excuses after I said I was screenshotting.

Can we also take into consideration that this guy just lied to the admins right here on this post to try and get away with it.

That's dodging punishment regardless of what kind of punishment, jail, mute, ban, etc. You can't really do that.

I'm copying and pasting this straight off the rules btw. "Do not switch back and forth to evade jail or being killed. " This is under police rules when u type /rules.

Three words:
TALK TO JAMAL

He will listen to you, unlike many others.

I did say it in the quote that you quoted that it doesn't specifically say reconnecting but it does say evading cuff and jail by switching.

i didn't switch with crime. I was already in jail. So when I switched back to T, I then served my time...

Versace, Bish, and Molof are in a gang that kicked my doors down and drug pushed 100k off of me. While i had 600 crime. Take into account that they are a gang and will do anything to demolish me.

Okay this is how stupid this guy is. He says he never switched but in the same damn sentence he says he "switched back" LOL . Honestly you cant even lie your way out of this because they have logs. You also just admitted it in your response...... Admins I've never made a report about anyone and the one time I do I give you overwhelming amounts of evidence. Please do something about this....

This guy vipped me just like he did moelofmeister.
he is a shady individual just like his homie knifey.
also caught him scripting like 3 times he would be outside, afk and he be randomly planting drugs when hes clearly afk .

Lock the topic.
Laps ha was already decided to lose cop last meeting(Yesterday)
