1) I believe this is too complicated to make, it's way too much to code and it would require a database in order to keep track of who owns the door and where they should spawn in the game after they respawn. I believe this is way over the limits the engine.
2) I 100% agree with this, although they may be place holders at the moment I think they just clog up the menu without any use, keep the list small and new players will not chose something that does nothing.
3) Since the update of the map from v5 to v6 you can see that there is a Mall icon on the mini-map so this is coming soon, the mall will be in-front of the Police Dept.
