Rebel Item Timers

I suggest that timers be added to cuffsaws, lockpicks, doorhacks, basically anything that has a cooldown.
Its quite annoying waiting for who knows how long for the cooldown to end. Now I realize i could just buy a better grade
item but I would like a timer to know exactly how long I am to wait.

+1. This would be pretty damned useful to have for those people who cant just spend a few millions.

I like it, just its not too difficult to know I have to wait five minutes. Not like its an hour or anything too difficult. Still would be a nice addon.

I totally agree with the idea, but in this case if the time left is hard to do, why not just make it so that you receive a notification that tells you when your item is ready?

Now that is a stunning idea. That's so much easier than having to display the time left every single second.

Having a notification is a thousand times better than continually
