Add a general store vendor that will buy stuff in your inventory you don't want such as old doorhacks, locks, and guns etc. for 50-75% of the items value.

How about a marketplace? List items for sale and people can use the vendor to buy certain things for player-posted prices. Kinda like how some Minecraft servers do it.
