What rules did the offender break? Abusing cop push and un-jailing my cuffs

Proof by screenshots or recorded footage, if any: Unfortunately no but I have eye witnesses: Nice (VIP'd for avoiding cuff by death) and Rap1d (waited in his room until I got pushed away)

Other Comments: Unfortunately I had to make this because this cop has made it considerably harder to get cuffs because he spams push to force other cops out of doorways and continues to show poor personality traits towards beginner cops. Additionally, the cop decided to try and notify me about the un-jailing after the fact even though he has been specifically told otherwise.

Hello BeAfraYeD, we understand your concern about this cop. Anecdotal evidence ("He said, she said") is insufficient but we can give him a slap on the wrist for you, which is equal to the formal warning everyone gets before removing cop.

We also have evidence of farming crime, which isn't a bad thing in of itself, but do regretfully notice a spike in how much experience q-q has.
