Can I be unbanned? Please?

I was banned by Andrew.. on hns a while ago. I realize that I don't even play on the hns server that much but I actually started to enjoy it.
The reason I got banned because I was "wasting his time". I was really just joking and he overreacted and took it way to seriously. He kept extending my ban time because I wouldn't provide my steam id because I was unable too at the time. Also, I joined the server again before he banned me and accused me of "ban evasion" because he didnt know how to ban someone.

I’d like to add that me and biscuit where joking around about me unbanning him but I never actually got to doing it and he could join the server no issues Andrew clearly doesn’t understand how to use his powers nore is mature I enough to use them effectively.
