Im looking for a laptop to play gaming with thats is cheap. So i can play csgp but still runs decent so i dont have to have a $1500 dollar pc with me wherever i go

Definitely wait for the winter holiday deals. Don't know if you will be able to find any good laptops for only $300. If you don't have to move around then building it yourself is a better option. Obviously, if you must move a lot then you don't really have any choice.

Usually, the Dell Inspiron is cheap with its holiday deals.
Also if you are desperate for a laptop for on-the-go then I suggest a Chromebook.
Yes, a Chromebook. They are pretty good with battery life and if you get a newer model you probably could even run csgo with ease.
The school Chromebook I have is capable of running Minecraft, but we don't do that cause they won't let you download anything...
