Sister making an account on another account,

So my sister is considering buying csgo because her boyfriend plays it, she wouldent be playing comp or anything she would most likely be playing csgo rp. since i use to talk ab this server and she would see me playing it she considered it as a "Sims Bootleg version". I want to make sure she wont get banned if she does use the same IP because we live together obviously.

I tried this with my GF and i got a temp ban but I have done some port work and i need to see if me and her can play at the same time
