In my opinion it's pretty close to if not exploiting...

It ruins the game entirely for the one it's being put upon. I was trying to play as supply runner and someone did this shit to me as well, prevents you from playing entirely.

If he killed him too many times he would've just been jailed anyways.

True true but if he has a house or keys to houses that the cop doesnt just 1 kill and then run to the house

people have and will lose cop PERMANENTLY if worst comes to worst just don't act like a dick is it really that hard?

he was making it so i couldnt walk around as cop and play the game i have video to show you what i mean this when on for an hour if not more
