As I've already said to m'friend spooky, it wasn't me who was cuff boosting, where it was solely Cheetor but was thought to be lying and was presumably shut off. Of course, this isn't me just trying to put the blame only on him. It seems that there is a misconception [/font][/size][size=small][font=Verdana]between someone who is cuff boosting and someone who is merely lounging around a person[/font][/size] [size=small][font=Verdana]because they know that they're about to kill someone[/font][/size][size=small][font=Verdana], which is what I was doing and what I've seen many other cops do as well (i.e Duck, Spooky, Cheetor, and so on). For example, I've seen spooky and Cheetor swerve around people when they know when they are about to kill me or another player. Now, whether you want to believe Cheetor was [/font][/size][size=small][font=Verdana]cuff boosting [/font][/size][size=small][font=Verdana]or [/font][/size][size=small][font=Verdana]simply lounging around someone[/font][/size][size=small][font=Verdana], that's up to anyone but me. I'll stop rambling about him because this is my appeal for doing nothing. I don't see how I get my cop taken away for apparently "Not knowing how to jail people" when the player was literally in favor of getting Cheetor to cuff him because he'd either jail/unjail or cuff uncuff - ya know, the fast methods. If I'm correct, I only got maybe 3-5 cuffs/jails out of it, whereas Cheetor had gotten say... 30.[/font][/size]
