Hi, do other players than me find the atmosphere more empty without sound in the city? I know it's not something urgent but if you could add music by vote or false sounds related to a city it could add more life in this map
After that is to see if everyone wants!
Music or noise in the city
adding this might cause more lag issues so we might not be able to add it immediately but it is a great idea and we will discuss it for something we can add in the future.
I've thought about this as well, need sum good ass earthbound music when i walk into my house, and dog humor for the stores
and other creepy duke3d ambient sound just because

i dont think itll cause lag, you can do that shit in hammer, even city45 has some train sounds and shit.
whoevers making mittelfans now could easily please whoever posted this, but depending on what it is it could get annoying after a while
I was about to say that I would like doing this in Hammer myself but then I realized. My PC is garbage.

like Skittle said adding sound to a map shouldn't really affect performance whatsoever, unless you're doing something seriously wrong, like it being triggered 100s of times a second. er, unless you meant your PC is in a garbage.

personally I hate the loud noisy soundscapes in those maps, especially since they didn't cancel out if you went indoors. there's gotta be a good balance of westfield's relaxing park and the other map's industrialness.
