What is the bug/glitch?
My game was restarting during CS GO, and the last time it did it, every time I try to join the server it would flash to the map loading screen, but then go to the main menu with a box titled "SEARCHING" in the middle of the screen and says "Joining game...". After about 5 seconds or so it says "Failed to Join Game"
Is it possible to replicate the bug/glitch?
Only when trying to connect to this server, and I do not know what is causing it... I'm sure it is

If it is not understood or a video is needed I can find some software that will let me make one.

I realize this isn't an in game glitch, I wasn't exactly sure where to post this...
My name is Wang Chow in game, I have almost 40 hours and 200k so I'd like to figure this out!

What I've already tried...
I have already verified files, deleted appmanifest from the steamapps folder which caused it to ask for credentials again and it thinks every game is uninstalled until I try to play and it finds files... I have also restarted the computer several times, and ran several anti virus and anti malware/malware process killer.
