the ideals you have are good, you just need to expand it out more

whoever says this is a "terrible application" is an asshole, he really did write stuff that should actually get you cop.

just expand on it and add more about why you should be cop n shit. you can help out new players without cop so maybe expand on how you can help them more as cop etc.

Expound upon the ideals you already have listed m'friend. Though - with most people - the longer it is, the less clarity it yields. If you are in fact going to make it longer, keep it clear and concise.

I think you deserve cop but you need to just add a bit more to your application to make unique and standout above the rest of them.
