Recently I've been noticing a problemo with new cops and some who are even in the higher ranks. There's lots of RDM'ers usually new players but these cops are just cuff uncuffing these Mass Rdm'ers because they want them to do it more so they get more cuffs. I understand we are supposed to get cuffs but not at the expense of normal players. There are lots of new players who just leave the server because of this, and change needs to happen
