Can we please get a reason why the server is down. I've got drugs to grow!

The server is still up, but it lost connection to the game coordinator which is what your game uses to establish the connection. When this happens, u will see "Joining game..." but unable to connect. It requires a restart, it works now.

Also look here: http://api.steampowered.com/ISteamApps/GetServersAtAddress/v0001?addr=208.94.245.132:27020

If you see all that text in between the { } then it is joinable, otherwise, it is stuck unconnected to the coordinator.
