suspect was gagged for this then kicked after spamming admin chat with said phrase. Subject did spam an IP for SYN which was incorrect but still was spamming an IP in chat and was warned and told to stop which he complied with, aforementioned IP spam occurred before the chat spam in report. Both Earth and myself responded to the call admin report that was sent. Subject has not been a problem since the incident i believe further punishment is unnecessary unless subject repeats actions mentioned above.
