Upon buying or selling keys to a home, garage, apartment, etc. you agree to the following terms and conditions
Upon paying the agreed payment for keys in which the owner of a home may set for the purchase of keys
- The "Agreed" price may not exceed the price of the house (not including locks, furniture, and other accessories to the building)
Tenant Rules
[font=runescape_uf]- You agree to not steal from other tenants and the owner of the house
- You agree to not break locks off of the doors the owner has given you keys to or doors that reside within the same house the owner owns
- In the event of locks breaking you may or may not be refunded of keys (owners discretion) if the building is sold
- In the event of being caught of theft from other tenants or owner, your keys may be removed without compensation[/SIZE][/color]
[font=runescape_uf]Owner Rules
[font=runescape_uf]- You may not sell the house immediately after selling keys to players
- You may place and remove locks as needed
- You may remove keys of players as seen fit, must have a reason that breaches this ToS[/SIZE][/color]
[font=runescape_uf]This document will take effect after September, 10th, 2017 at 12:00 EST
This is an official document from MoonShade Gaming and upon breaching any portion of this contract
the home owner, or tenant may be punished with the removal of home without compensation,
or temporary (or permanent) illegibility to sell keys to players on the server.
This Agreement is subject to change at any time
