Character models turning into gigantic error boxes

I've notice that a few player models wont load, this screenshot being an example.
The two I've noticed are the stripper model and pizza delivery model.
Anyone know where to download them? When I get to the person I cant even see them too, so this is one of the most unfair things game play wise.

try deleting your
E:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\models\moonshade
folder if you have one
or
E:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\maps\workshop\657824223

Steps you can do to fix this:

Verify game cache
"cl_downloadfilter all" in console
Delete your models, materials, and sound folders in steamapps/common/Counter-Strike: Global Offensive/csgo/...

If #1 doesn't work, do #2, then #3
