Other Comments: The video is a short clip showing pikachu following afk around as he rdms and cuff uncuffing him. I told him multiple times prior to stop cuff boosting and to vip afk for mass rdm considering he had 14 kills in the last 5m. afk specifically avoided me and only let pikachu continue farming cuffs. Pikachu encouraged afk to mass rdm for his own benefit. He also uncuffed afk after I cuffed him, and he never got the 10m vip he deserved.
