If you were sent to jail by me personally what exactly dictates that I must let you out of jail when I decide to let another individual out?
Let me use a textualized example of what Suh here is complaining about, see below:
John gets cuffed and sent to jail.
James gets cuffed and sent to jail.
John gets let out of jail by a cop.
James stays in jail.

the practice of giving unfair preferential treatment to one person or group at the expense of another.
synonyms: partiality, partisanship, preferential treatment, favor, prejudice, bias, inequality, unfairness, discrimination
If you can prove that I have some special relationship to iGrant(you can't, because the dude isn't even on my steam friends list) then I'd be more that willing to accept this as a case of "favoritism".
HOWEVER, you cannot supply such proof and even if you were to I would say something along the lines of using MY discretion** as a cop(which is an actual thing explained to new recruits of the MSPD). I don't expect you to know this since you've never had the opportunity to become part of such a great policing organization.

The freedom to decide what should be done in a particular situation.
