Cuff kill

So if you kill a cuff you get vip jailed BUT it doesn't have a set time limit...

For example say Myback cuffs someone and I kill them, but myback switches to civilian and never cuffs me, HOW EVER I leave and come back a week later.

And myback puts me in VIP jail for killing a cuff see the problem?
