Coin Flip Spam Abuse

so dont get me wrong coin flip is an awesome feature but can easily abuse by spamming it in console and there is virtually no limmit to how many requests you can send there really need to be a limit and or a way to block these requests. just this night - was spamming swift none stop and there was nothing he could do about it please make a fix

I see, I was told a two minute cool down was too long, so I shortened it to 30 seconds. It doesn't look like that is an appropriate setting either. I will work on a better system later. An opt out feature and increasing the cooldown to 60 seconds. Does that sound satisfactory to you?
