Other Comments: What happened was I killed him once, so he spend the next 20 minutes insulting me and getting people to kill me, I was in the bank and he was calling me things like pussy boy and little boy because i wasnt coming out to get killed by a hitman. I cant remember how i got jailed but as you can see in the video, he was trying to free everyone else (around 3 others) but not me as i had killed him. Once. Almost half an hour ago. For around 5 minutes i couldnt do anything as he had gotten 2 others to kill me on sight. I had asked if we could be neutral but he said no.

Invading the jail and killing other players while a cop is not on is not an offense.
Disrespecting other players and creating a unattractive atmosphere is a rule though and [member=995]josh[/member] is known to break that rule very often.
As for RDM'ing, that in of itself is not an offense but MASSRDM is, which says 10 player kills in 5 minutes.
