The most basic way is movie maker
nah do every frame in ms paint
Better if you draw it with a pencil stuck in your asshole on a piece of a paper, then take the pictures of each individual frame with a potato quality camera.
Then render the movie @ 10 fps, 144p and upload it to Vimeo.
Anyways before going off topic too much.
If you want to make a funny video I highly advise that any recorded footage is to the best of its quality, kind of self explanatory however it's something you can easily get wrong by just forgetting to set up your recording software (I recommend OBS) before hitting that record button.
I'd advise you to watch other Youtuber's that make "Shenanigans" type video's. A good example here would be
Anomaly: https://www.youtube.com/user/warhaammer
and
SovietWomble: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQD3awTLw9i8Xzh85FKsuJA
Just by doing a bit of research can go a long way as to making your final product better.
Watch their video's and note down the most obvious things about their style of editing, their content, who's in it.
Some quick tips:
- Dank ass memes subtitles, anything to help with knowing what's going on in the conversation, add subtitles for everyone. (Long process but the effect is great.)
- Play with people you have synergy with, in terms of comedy. (Mostly your friends, people you can have banter with, without them getting upset.)
- Most of the comedy comes from the editing, the little touches here and there after the video has already been recorded and the footage has been imported.
- Watch how Anomaly does it in his video's, the style of his editing, the little touches of animation here and there do help make things a bit more whacky and fun.
- Oh yeah, and music, music helps. A lot. Not talking about fucking dubstep in the back of tutorial video's but like whacky, playful songs. (Benny Hill for example.)
Hope that helps.
Btw here is my video, trying to replicate their style's.
