I have made an account on here to report a Abusing Cop named Dionysus. He VIP Jailed me for shooting him and killing him. He said "You killed my cuff"
And simply VIPED Me, Demote this actual IDIOT.

People these days... FIRST:

You must create your new topic in the report a player board http://moonshade.net/index.php/board,4.0.html
Then you MUST make your report in this format http://moonshade.net/index.php/topic,5.0.html
You MUST support evidence of this or else it is instantly denied, word of mouth or witnesses is NOT acceptable.
If you kill a cuffed player, the cop who originally cuffed that player has permission to, and is obliged to VIP jail you. If you have an issue with that then TOO BAD, don't do it next time.

This report will be denied because you failed to post it in the correct board, failed to use the format, and failed to support evidence.
I recommend you post the report again and follow all the standards that I have suggested.
