So, yeasterday 1/30/17 at 6-7pm my store was robbed. They stole every single open box (refurbished) apple item that we had which is over 100,000 dollars worth of product. They picked the lock and just walked out the door without anyone seeing them or saying anything to them about having a cart covered with their jackets walking outside.. I'm not sure what will happen to my job or my higher ups jobs, so kinda in a weird predicament.. also I found an iPad that I was going to get my girlfriend for Valentine's day but it's now stolen..

TL;DR : Best buy has the worst customer service I've ever seen.. 🙁

Thank God no. It was our sales teams job to watch them and they fucked it up by just walking around and talking to each other instead of customers
