I think the most important rules are Not being an abusive cop and rdm because being rdmed is really annoying on a server that needs you to spend alot of time to get money.

Why do you want to become a cop and why should we pick you over other applicants?
I think that you should pick me to become a cop because i am very friendly to any person on the server no matter what their time is and i do not take advantage of them and there are also a lot of times where there are people getting away with killing others and there are no cops to stop them and I will never take advantage of my power or anything to get an advantage over the other players.
