Reason you think you should be unmuted: I should be unmuted because this is my first perm mute and I have had it for a bit now. The main reason if because if I get cop I will need to say Cuff/Uncuff or things I can't do quick without using a mic. I want to be a good cop if I get cop and I want to speak to new players and help them out by showing them things. And typing isn't the same its kind of like taking someone's happiness away and for me I want to be happy and I want to help out new players. That is why I think I should be unmuted on Moonshade's Roleplay server.
