What is the bug/glitch? If you cuff uncuff someone with the menu open you can still send them to jail... for 0 seconds and they are uncuffed in prison, it basically just teleports them into jail. I guess this could be somehow abused. and don't know if this has been discovered before but ya like to share it.
Is it possible to replicate the bug/glitch? Yeah probably I have done it twice by accident now just read above^
