I like this survey, but MyBack, are you really going to implement or listen to this community? Not to offensive but you didn't in the past unless the issue or idea was widespread. Obviously, I am probably going to hear, "Oh, Jamal you old lad. You aren't active enough for anyone to care." But honestly, I made a lot of commitments for the community as a whole. I shaped previously admins into a better representative for Moonshade. I brought 3 maps for the community using my time by missing school. I helped you fixed multiple problems within the roleplay plugin in early stages of it. I made a MOTD since Node.js did a shit job at it. I made a donation bot for this community for an alternative donation method. I also fixed the forums at certain points, but those would be overlooked by Ion's improvements over the year. I mean I tried to be active as much as I can, but with school intervening, it became kinda a shitshow for me. I will come back some day as an admin, but college is now currently my main focus at the moment.

You should listen to the community once (I am glad to see you are but this can't be a one-time thing, maybe have community meetings like I did in the past) and try to actually include some of their suggestions within this community. A community will only get bigger and stronger if the people running them actually interact and listen to them as a whole.
