Useless roles or ranks that need to be removed:
Admin Psychologist (sorry deadpool)

Reason: What actually has it achieved beside someone gaining more power than others who actually deserve it. Physical power is not what i am talking about, it is the how the higher ups treat people. If myback hands out roles like this, then there is a power issue (this was pointed out to me by 3 or 4 players) where admins will favorite these people more, and usually side with them. It has nothing to do with deadpool, it just promotes uselessness.

Nothing against anyone, but i think it is about damn time removals and promotions happen (people are stupid when they think a community can thrive off 3 admins)

Probably will get moved to the trash, if it does, oh well, shows everything that is wrong in the community (At least i can say i tried to help it.)

Now, let's break this down

Bio as much as i like you, you cause alot of problems and you become a total retard sometimes. You dont dictate the direction of the admin team, everyone has their own problems, llives, interests. Myback is the driver of the admin bus, and takes us to town weekly when we discuss issues and whatnot. This post is severely autistic and has no value.

Admins are hand picked not reccomended and chosen. We already have Deadpool and Mario as new admins coming along nicely.

Deadpool is extremely helpful when it comes to the admin psychologist, its just a name, but he does help out everyone as he does offer good advice 😃
strawpolls = cancer, it gave us queso and Uberkist, admin team has been preaching it for months
If there was an actual power issue, we wouldn't have a stable team, but we do.. Myback treats all admins the same, respect and is always honest. We all are friends for each other and that doesnt change.

if the admins can contribute in ways that help myback and the overall community (deadpool and whoever) then there fine give them noclip and ban aslong as they continue to contribute. If these fuckers you posted in strawpoll are really THAT GREAT then yeah theyl get admin because they will show promise in contributing but that judgement is ultimately up to myback or mewn.

I agree you should remove the inactives and the dead weight but sometimes admins cant be around 24/7 which is so often expected in rp servers.

Man I don't know who you are, but if you actually read his shit then you would realize what he is proposing. He is suggesting a change to the staff team. He isn't demanding shit, he is proposing a change. If you're actually going to start attacking people then I don't know why you're on the "hand picked" admin team. You're legitimately personally attacking someone and getting fussed up because he wants you removed for someone else because you aren't active in his opinion

My final thought is that Bio shouldn't ever get any kind of say. All he does is try and be toxic so none of his suggestions or input is valid to me.

Before anyone goes and thinks I'm being a tyrant you must understand that Bio has even explicitly said he tries to be toxic and break the community apart. I've long since denounced anything he has to say because his agenda is always to be toxic, and even if it isn't he has already destroyed any kind of standing he has ever had with me.
