First of all, I know this is the wrong section. There are only like two sections on this entire board that I can post on.
For some odd reason, when I go to basically any forum section on this site, there is no "New Topic" button. It's as if my usergroup doesn't have permissions to make a new topic. But this one and "apply for admin", I can post in...

When I try to force the site to take me to the new topic page for one of those boards by editing the URL, this happens:

I think the usergroups are messed up. I can't post anywhere on the forums except here and Apply for Admin. Not even in general discussion or anything.
