Strippers & Pimps:
The original idea of being a pimp was thought up by Master. Having pimps over strippers would create organized crime within the server, but the reason I really wanted to post this is to give a suggestion as to how to make strippers a more used job. You could make strippers give you a boost of strength or some kind of perk to make players want to pay strippers. Strippers would become more used and would make the server of more variety in jobs.

I think a video giving players a tutorial, which I can help with, will grow the server and help new players get into the game quicker. On the welcome page, you could have the video, so that in game people could access it within game and on the website.
