That is a glitch relating to the current weapon skin changing plugin.
It occurs whenever you equip a weapon from the opposing team, such as a T using a P2000/USP-S.
Two possible fixes:
Choose the "Default" weapon skin in /ws
Don't use T weapons as CT, and don't use CT weapons as T.
