Halozeus Kidnappers need to be able to cuff people and hold them hostage and cops should have to bribe them to get the hostage or break the hostage out. of course there would need to be a time limit so u cant kidnap the whole server in 10 secounds or anything. I do think this would encourage players to use this class more often because right now it is so underused. Also we need more spots to kidnap people one tiny spot on the whole map doesnt really help this already unused job. This is just some of my thoughts but i think alot of people agree with me
Earth Good idea, though I think anybody should be able to bribe the kidnapper. I think there should also be a time limit to the "cuff" or the hold that the kidnapper has, so maybe after 1 minute or something they just get broken free or something.
