This might be a huge learning curve and take a long time to Code , but it's gonna make it feel better for playing more...

MVP can be used to represent Job levels (For Civilians). Such as , a Level 5 drug dealer ( 5 MVP stars) will earn 150% more money than a level 1 Drug dealer.
It could also do things like more HP , or whatever to boost things (3 printers instead of 2 for leveling up Counterfeiter or more money for Pizza Delivers, Or Jewish Exravagant gives a higher multiplier)It would work by Doing the job itself , and Earning exp to level up. Job levels should'nt travel over to other jobs to make it that you have to play each of every job. It would probably Make it more intresting to do drug dealer (high level for it would mean that for sure), but you can Twist and Reform it to a good system we can use.

You can change things and make how long or difficult it takes to level up , I just would love to see a Line of code added to implement this so we can Level up instead of farming only money.

i really enjoy this idea and hope they add it like at level 3 you get to put 7 drugs instead of 6 such an amazing idea MYBACK THIS NEED TO BE ADDED

This will only help the rich get richer faster and encourage people to hibernate in their homes even more, both of which have been considered as a problem nowadays. Not to mention that being able to print/plant more than what you are already allowed to introduces more potential problems considering csgo's entity limit.

I mean, I'm all for it, but there's so many little factors that will make this kind of thing not a very smooth idea.

Maybe not add good Bonuses and make max level like 10 , with 10% extra money? try to not buff it a lot and that would work.I also thought of player level , which increased HP and Wage but nah

I really like this idea. Players need something to work towards and feel a sense of accomplishment to help motivate them to keep playing. Levels is one way to do that.

Perhaps instead of money though it can be custom models or neat little things to unlock instead. Things like at level 1 you drop all of your drugs on death. Level 2 you retain 5% and eventually up to 20% on death. What could go with this is a different skin at level 3 and even being able to trade experience for certain things so you could essentially give up your levels and start over if you wanted some sort of special model or I suppose a crate or similar. If it were to be money, you would likely have to nerf overall profit from jobs and have it scale to what it is now at the max level. I feel that anything that may cause an economy reset or cause it to happen sooner is essentially a failed implementation. All rp servers get this weird point where players get enough money and playing just isn't worth it anymore, but there are still some that don't want a wipe so you reach this point where you have to wipe to get some old players back yet others are going to leave without some sort of compensation for said wipe.

Perhaps not perfect but I really recommend you guys take a look at giving the players more things to do that has some visible or tangible reward that is not only focused on money yet still require time and come of as a sense of achievement.
