So to spice things up, i decided to suggest a new gang guidebook, formation process, for them to follow

Formation Process:
1.Monetary Taxation
If you would like a gang, there will be a small sum to be paid. 200k for the first time setup fees. Gangs are limited to 6 members
Setup fees include, a limited amount of free guns, exactly 60 of the owners choice, this is split between a primary and secondary, and will be given to, the owner of the gang, he can distribute how he pleases.
Setup fees also include 20 Kevlar + helemets, again distributed by the owners
Setup fees can be bought again once all supplies are given out and exhausted, meaning when they are all used and gone.
Setup fees also will include 60 cacti, again distributed by the owners
There will also be a weekly upkeep of the gang, 25k per week, until the sum of 500k is reached, then the gang is paid off and is free from the weekly payments.
if the 25k fee is not paid 2 days after the payment date is up, then the gang will cease to exist and everything handed out will be purged

  1. Mutanies
    Successful mutanies
    If your gang leader is not online for payment date, you can vote to mutany him, stripping him of his gang rank, position on the gang, he will become a regular player
    You can mutany a leader if you get 4/6 players to vote against him, this will be held on the moonshade forums. if the leader is overthrown he will become a regular player
    If someone is mutanied, he is not allowed into the gang until 1 week after the muntany.
    Failed Mutanies
    if the mutany fails, the gang leader can punish the member how he or she pleases, excluding a Kill on Site order, These will be an offense to the gang rule set, leading to 1 mark on your gang
    if the mutany fails, the player who wanted to Mutany will be fined 15k of his bank/wallet, if he does not have the 15k he will be stripped of his gang rank, and become a normal player
  2. Kicking members
    Successful
    a 4/6 vote will occure on the forums, meaning 4 out of 6 have to vote to kick the player, the owner has a veto power.
    if the owner vetos a kick, the case will be sent to an admin, the admin has final say.
    if the owner votes to kick, the member can apeal to an admin, and it is the admins decision if he should or shouldnt be kicked.
    Failed
    in all honesty i cannot come up with somethiong for this, up to you myback to help me

    Must respect all members of gang, if its a ranked based gang then higher up will have minor authority over you

    2.Gangwars
    Probable cause
    Must have a reason to initate a war, such as, preventing drug runs, killing members, or disrespect to the gang, these arent the only causes
    to start a war post on the forums saying gang war between x v x, inset gang names where x's are, then post the probably cause in the desc.
    if the admin agrees to allow it, then the war will start, if he doesnt the bad blood between the gangs must cease or there will be penalties.
    War zone
    the admin that allowed the war must specify a region for the war, gang members are not allowed to make money other than the wages they earn.
    gang members cannot camp bank or drug dealers.
    once the zone is set it is up to the civilians to protect themselves, if a civilian is in a cross fire, it is his job to stay safe,
    if the civilian is killing any gang member, the gang gets 1 free kill on him per civilian life,
    if caught free killing civilians, the gang will automatically lose the war and will be forced to pay 60k in damages, this will be split between gang members equally
    War
    To win the gang leader must be killed 3 times, if either is not killed, then it will result in a stalemate, meaning all bad blood will cease and the war is over.
    the gang war will proceed for an hour, again if the leader isnt killed stalemate wil occure
    if any leader is killed within the hour, then the losing gang will be forced to pay 50k,
    if they cannot then the gang will go away permanently, meaning no gang can be created by any member for 2 months
    Post war
    killing will be punished, this is to stop bad blood, and to give both sides time to prepare for another war
    once a war is finished with a gang, niether gang can war untill a week after gang payments.
    money must be payed within the hour by the losing gang

Thats all i came up with, any comments suggestiosn/questions will be accepted, i will be formatting this over time, when its done i will talk to myback about any changes he might want. also sorry for any misprints or anything like that, ruished this in like 10 minutes

two things wrong, first thanks for the comment, but 2 people != gang, when i say gang i mean greater than 4, not less than 4, so that is fine, this would exclude you guys, however i thought 10k's were meant for new people?

Yep, that is true. that is why i wrote this, to try to bring a more diverse community, one that can have both gangs and stuff like that and regular stuff, cops are excluded #1 because they take majority of the active people on the server, #2 its again to prevent bias for gangs, back in 2009, gangs never seemed to have a problem with this mod, even with cops being in gangs, which leads me to my #3 its a more regulated version of gangs, meaning its not going to be as simple as making it, that causes chaos, and brings about issues, which is primarily why they were removed in the first place. I am trying to eliminate that whole issue aspect, making it a more friendly environment for people who want to earn money, and the people who want to have fun earning the money

New players make gangs too, are you going to tax them 200k and force them the owners to distribute all the items required for them to form a "gang"

  1. Mutanies.
    If gangs existed why would this need to be a thing, it's completely useless, if people don't like their leader and think that they don't support them enough they will branch off, not kick someone out.

  2. Kicking Members.
    Nowadays if someone wants to kick someone out of their group/house then they will do it no questions asked, why would there need to be a vote, if an owner wants someone out they should be able to kick them out, if the members don't like it they could again branch off.

  3. Gang members.

    1. 6 players max, The 100mil exists, it would take more than 6 people unless you have 6 Earths and Underwaters. (THEN AGAIN "NO ADMINS ALLOWED" LMAO)
    2. No admins allowed, really? The admins are players too, (of course they're an admin first) but they should be able to play the game like any player...
    3. No cops allowed, So anyone that has applied for and received cop (Basically anybody that reaches 30 hours) we would have to get our cop taken, or resign, but this would mostly cause cops to Cop RDM 'til it's taken.
    4. No keeping of supplies given to you, they must be distributed in a fair manner, aka ranking system, or equal rights.
      If you are given guns plants or printers and are expected to give them back/pay for them, it would take 5 months (or more) to reach 500k.
      5.This one makes the most sense of anything else I've seen so far, I have no points besides that to make about it.

      Haha... Is this a joke, basically you can't kill people if you're in a gang? RDMing is somewhat apart of the RP.
