So recently ive seen alot of people get cop and its awesome.(DISCLAMER im not talking trash to anyone and or the cop handling admins)I just wanted to have a chat with the forums and voice my opinion.i know cop is a way to have more fun on the server,but i feel it is WAY to easy to get.30 hours and a application it feels like some of the people who are on the forums signed up just for that but still thats ok that means that there wanting to do more in the community but i still think its to easy for the people to get it.1. I dont feel like cop should be that easy to get.Like admin (but not exactly) you should be privleged to get got if the community and other people think that your a good guy/or girl and they think you should do it (i mean admins) and they observe that you are here to play the game and is not a dick to everyone they should get a notice saying that we've seen your behaivor latley and think that you deserve a spot on the cop team, cause when i applied skittle said one thing that i should get to know the server better. AND IT WAS DEFENITLY NEEDED. As a cop i messed up alot because i wasnt really familir with the server and i didnt know the rules that good and when i broke them i was in cluelessnes why i was getting in trouble.And thats the case for most of the new cops the should get used to the people and the sever so there not overwhelmed with everything cop has to offer. Thank you for reading and letting me voice my opinion and hope thats a resolution or someone saying im stupid will come to me (and when i say me its only cause i lose SO MANY DAMN COPS WHO FUCKING CUFF ME WITHOUT WARNING even though its not a rule ITS STILL FUCKING ANNOYING) and help me and the server out Thanks - MatthewDob251

As much as I respect your opinion, I'm not raising the requirements. They'll just get like 60 hours or something for no reason, get cop, then go back to civilian. Higher cop requirements add more reason to AFK like a gumby.

Make a public spreadsheet and if admins see a cop on, keep them cop
If not, bam, inactive, get like a week to play or they are done and need to talk to someone or reapply

Nobody's going to do that because they're too lazy to even play. I would do it myself, but I'm fed up with doing other's jobs.

YAH SHECKS, I'LL KEEP TABS ON THE COPS. I am active a lot. But only problem is I can't take there cop away so then it would be to much trouble to get hold of higher ups.

Most people get cop, grind it for a day or two, and go back to being civilian anyways because lets be honest, sometimes being a cop isn't all it's worked up to be. People will log on and kill everyone because they don't know how the server quite works yet. During this time they get jailed a lot so they see cops as powerful things. First thing they wanna do is become a cop so they get the 30 hours and apply. By this time they learn how the server works so they grind cops for a minimal amount of time and go back to planting drugs because drugs make more money. Cop is more of a "Hey guys I ranked up" sort of thing. I think the current requirements are fine the way they are.
