Rules you view as most important: Mass RDMing being not being allowed in my opinion is the most important rule in the server due to the effect it can have on new players not being able to play and becoming frustrated .
Why we should pick you over the applicants: You should pick me over the other applicants honestly because they probably all suck at the game, don't understand how to enforce stuff right or have the social capacity to defuse certain situations...OJ Simpson didn't pick a team of scrubbie dubbies for his trials and I know damn sure you guys don't pick any for police.
